It has been agreed with The Office of Fair Trading and the British Board of Motor Insurers that as a motor vehicle policy holder you have the right to choose the repairer you wish to carry out the repairs on your vehicle, regardless of the insurance company’s advice. You are NOT obliged to use only their approved repairer and your warranty will not be affected, all the work we do is in line with exact manufacturer standards, we only ever use manufcturer parts, paints, materials and methodology.

Insurance Companies Will Direct You To Their Cheapest Option

Insurance companies direct their policyholders vehicles into their ‘approved’ repairers who are not necessarily approved by the manufacturer. This enables your insurer to keep costs down as they have agreed discounted rates with their network of repairers and whilst the majority of accident repair specialists like us are professional companies, there are still many bodyshops who will repair your vehicle as cheaply as possible not taking your quality expectations, your safety or any sort of customer service into account. They will use non-genuine parts and will invalidate your warranty.

Our car sustained low speed impact to the front wing while park up which we thought was very minor. Just a short message to thank you for the first class service provided by you after the accident I had in my car. From me receiving your call requesting the insurance claim number, you handled everything and gave regular, informative updates right through to delivery of the car which, as you said it would, arrived in pristine condition. When I phoned LV insurance to make the claim, they told me it would cost an extra £200.00 if I was to use Bentley’s preferred repairer, well thanks to you, I can say it’s probably the best £200.00 I’ve spent in a long time.
